30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return within the 30-day window, your item must be in its original condition, fully operational, with no physical damage, and packaged in the original box with all accompanying accessories and documentation.
How to initiate a return
Please contact our support team at support@mail.ecoldbrew.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a certain amount of days.
Defective Units & Warranty
Every Ecoldbrew machine comes with a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your unit is defective upon arrival or stops working under normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please contact support for assistance.
